Two-Minute Italian Salad Dressing

This is a salad dressing that's good to have in your weekly rotation. It's filled with flavor and is great for your everyday. Double or triple for more servings, but this works if you just want to make it for one.

Ingredients
  

  • 2 tablespoons good quality extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon good quality red wine vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon dried Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 1/8 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes

Instructions
 

  • In a small bowl, whisk all ingredients together until well emulsified and smooth.
  • Add your salad ingredients and toss together before serving.

Notes

Scale up the ingredients here to make a bigger batch of dressing for multiple servings...or multiple days for the week ahead. Store unused dressing in a glass jar fitted with a lid and keep in the fridge for up to 3 days.
