Easily customizable depending on the CSA veggies on hand for a given season. Fresh chopped vegetables, mixed greens, and a stellar dressing make this an easy lunch perfect for everyday.
In a large bowl whisk together your dressing ingredients until well combined. Set bowl aside and chop your romaine, salami, tomatoes, cucumbers, smoked mozzarella, and pepperoncinis.
To the large bowl add in your salad ingredients, adding in only half of the salami, mozz, and pepperoncinis. Toss together then plate. Top with the remaining half of salami, mozzarella, and pepperoncinis.
