It’s Week 3 of Dinner Plans and we still have a bit of produce from the last week’s CSA box to eat up so we skipped this week’s delivery. We have zucchini, potatoes, carrots, and cucumbers making up the bulk of what’s left. We’ve got several dinner ideas this week to use them up!
If subscribing to a CSA box, never hesitate to request a hold on the delivery. It is a helpful practice to reduce food waste. It also helps to ensure we use up everything received before the next delivery. This can help make meal planning easier to do.
