It’s Week 4 of Dinner Plans! Happy Lunar New Year to all those celebrating. May the Year of the Rabbit fill you with abundant beauty, good fortune, and peace. For tonight’s meal, we are making a few dishes that celebrate this season. Our CSA box this week is filled with lots of green goodies. We’ve got avocados, broccoli, and kale this week for salads. We’re capitalizing on these fantastic ingredients with some stellar recipes linked below along with testing a few of our own.
Check out our game plan for dinners this week:
Sunday: Poached Fish, Hetty McKinnon’s vegetarian chow mein, and these garlicky green beans
Monday: Tuscan Kale, White Bean, and Potato Soup (recipe test)
Tuesday: Tlacoyos filled with finely diced potato, peppers, and refried black beans (recipe test)
Wednesday: Crispy Marinated Tofu with Rice and Garlicky Green Beans
Thursday: Pasta Fagioli inspired by this recipe from Rancho Gordo
Friday: Steak Frites for Date Night at Home ❤️
Saturday: Supreme Pizza Olives, Mushrooms, Bell Peppers, Onions, Sausage & Pepperoni (a classic)
