It’s Week 9 of Dinner Plans and we celebrating the end of CSA Week!
I spent the week on Instagram highlighting all the ways our farm CSA box has been an incredible resource to us in planning seasonal meals. Check out the posts I shared here on Instagram. For more detailed posts, check out my posts here:

Dinner Plans for the Week
We put a hold on this week’s CSA box as we work through the remaining bits of produce. There is butternut squash for breakfast bowls and pizza later this week. We have carrots that will use for soup and for a tart in puff pastry recipe that was phenomenal. With lots of pantry staples and freezer goodies we are ready to prep delicious meals for the week.
Our Game Plan for Dinner this Week:
Sunday: Sausage and Ricotta Pasta Bake
Monday: Broccoli Cheddar Soup (recipe idea here from Confessions of a Grocery Addict)
Tuesday: Baked Fish Tacos (recipe idea here from Eating Well)
Wednesday: Roast Carrot Tart in Puff Pastry
Thursday: Veggie Stir Fry (recipe idea here from Cheerful Choices) and Crispy Marinated Tofu
Friday: Steamed Miso-Sriracha Cod with Chard and Jasmine Rice
Saturday: Pizza with Caramelized Onion Jam, Fontina, and Butternut Squash
From favorite recipes to new things with a wide variety of ingredients, cooking delicious food with our CSA definitely gets us out of a dinner rut and reduce food waste. I share meal ideas for our busy weeks with our weekly newsletter. Subscribe to our weekly newsletter to be in the know when they’re live. 😉
Wishing you a nourishing week ahead. 🧡
